Polar Technology Group which comprises of Lentus Composites and SST Technology are always looking out for the wellbeing of all our staff members.

Recently, four defibrillators were fitted onsite in the Horizon Technology Park, Eynsham where the businesses are based. This compliments the trained mental health first aiders and the benefits package health plan for staff and their families.
