Hydraulic Accumulators

These components are used in hydraulic circuits for many applications. Lentus supply composite hydraulic accumulators to the motorsport and automotive sectors for use in suspension systems, gearbox actuation as well as in wider industries such as in robotics, autonomous systems and subsea applications. Accumulators can be produced to incorporate diaphragms, pistons, bellows or bladders depending on the pressure ratios required, the fluids present and the operating temperature range. Lentus can design bespoke parts to meet new applications or make light weight versions of existing parts as required.

Pressure Vessels

Lentus designs, develops and manufactures a range of composite pressure vessels for the storage of high pressure gas. These vessels are widely used in motorsports and other advanced areas of engineering. Operating pressures can be up to 350Bar with a wide range of other requirements also being satisfied. Pressure vessels can be produced with metallic or polymer liners depending on the gas being stored and the weight vs cost requirements for each application.
